Impresa Luigi Notari is specialized mainly in civil engineering works for the construction or the maintenance of hydro and thermal power stations, water tunnels, street and railway tunnels, bridges, roads, viaducts, dams, canals and pressure pipelines, river weirs, soil consolidations, special foundations and waterproofing work using sprayed concrete that has been one of the company’s primary activities for over 50 years.
For the Italian Railways, Impresa Luigi Notari is one of the 3 companies in Italy to be certified and entitled to participate in tenders of unlimited amount in the railway sector for the execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work. The company owns engineering trains, electric locomotives, work cars, tool vehicles, milling machines, jumbo drills, drilling probes, concrete mixing systems, jet grouting systems, concrete pumps and shot-concrete pumps, earthmoving machines, LCVs, remote-controlled demolition robots, and concrete-cutting diamond wires and saws.
